Eslinda Hamzah

Prior to becoming a certified professional coach, Eslinda was a broadcast media executive for the Asia Pacific region (APAC) with Turner International. As SVP, she held commercial & affiliate leadership for CNN’s proprietary international brands in the region. As the bridge of Asian and Western working cultures, she values diversity and the tremendous value it brings to business. Eslinda’s leadership developed from the belief in meaningful relational connection. From her two decades of commercial and corporate career, she learnt that connecting, then leading, is foundational to transformative and thriving workplace wellbeing.

As a faculty member of CRR Global, she is active in her global roles as Front of Room Leader for ORSC™ training. In her private practice, she co creates with executives and organizations in systems inspired leadership training, development and interventions.

As Chief Collaborator Officer for the social impact organization Perennial, Eslinda’s work is guided by the values of being in Right Relationship and revolves around three domains: leadership, systems and the powerful dynamics of interaction. Based on these core values, she facilitates interconnected people to build shared understanding, meaning, commitment and action. Her work with social impact leaders strives toward empowering sustainable change and leadership with a focus on wellbeing.
