Ronnie Ndlovu
Ronnie coaches both teams and individuals in business as well as not-for-profit and public sector organizations. His coaching services extend to private clients.
Ronnie has been coaching for approximately 20 years. While continuing to provide executive coaching, his experience over the last ten years has included a considerable focus in helping teams in organizations build collaboration, alignment and productivity. Through group or team coaching access to development and growth is possible to people at all levels in an organization.
Clients for individual and group/team-coaching and leadership development include Astron Energy, Compassionate Inquiry, Komatsu, Liberty Life, Mandela Rhodes Foundation, Nedbank, Rand Merchant Bank, Phillip Morris International, Standard Bank, University of Cape Town, University of Johannesburg, University of the Western Cape, University of the Witwatersrand.
Qualifications
Ronnie holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting and is Certified as an Organisation and Relationship Systems Coach. He also completed a course in Co-Active Coaching, an ICF accredited training programme with the Coaches Training Institute. Ronnie is an International Coaches Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
In 2014 he was one of the first two coaches in Africa selected to be part of the international training faculty for CRR Global, Inc. Since then Ronnie has trained hundreds of advanced systemic team coaches in Africa, Asia, Europe and North America.
Personal
Ronnie is married and lives in Johannesburg, South Africa. He enjoys spending time socialising with family and friends. He also likes music and reading, and enjoys an occasional game of golf.
